Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by you and cloud&more, cloud&more Terms of Sale agreement governs the sale of cloud&more (Hugo) products, SaaS, Cloud Solutions, professional services and support and maintenance services to business customers (B2B).

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all critical services. Planned maintenance will be announced at least 48 hours in advance. Emergency maintenance may be performed with shorter notice when necessary to maintain security and stability.
We do not analyze, mine, sell, or monetize your data in any way. Your information is yours alone, and we act solely as a secure custodian and processor of your data according to your instructions.
While we maintain the highest standards of security and reliability, our liability is limited to the monthly service fees paid for the affected services. We recommend maintaining appropriate backups and insurance coverage for your critical business operations.
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the Province of New Brunswick. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Brunswick, Canada.
